    ⚠️ Important:

    • Final entry is 5 minutes after the last timeslot for the night.

    • Parking lot entry closes 15 minutes before the last timeslot.

    • Guests are kindly asked to arrive at the Welcome Center within 15 minutes of the scheduled ticket time to ensure you scan your tickets at your designated timed entry.

    • Late arrivals cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Please plan to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.

  • Advance purchase of tickets online is required. You can purchase tickets HERE!

    Please note there are no physical or printed tickets and no box office on-site at the the event. All tickets are electronic. Once purchased, your e-ticket will be emailed to you and available in your Universe account. You can simply show your ticket on the phone to the attendant to be scanned prior to entering.

    Dazzling Nights® is cashless throughout your experience.

  • Tickets are $31.50-$39.50 for adults and $29.50-$37.50 for children (prices listed include fees) plus tax.

    Children 3 and under enter free & do not need a ticket.

  • No. Children 3 years old or younger do not require an admission ticket. 

  • Yes, group rates are available for purchase online along with standard admission tickets.

    Due to high demand and limited spaces, oversized vehicles may not have a place to park. Buses & shuttles may drop off guests but must depart the Garden’s property immediately after.

  • If you are parking off-site, please plan to arrive at the parking garage 45 minutes prior to your time slot.

    If you are parking on site or have valet, please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot.

    Guests are kindly asked to arrive at the Welcome Center within 15 minutes of the scheduled ticket time to ensure you scan your tickets at your designated timed entry.

  • It is very important that ticket holders are not late for their selected time slot. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals. Please arrive with plenty of time to park and check in for the event. Guests who arrive more than 5 minutes after the closing time slot will be refused entry and will not receive a refund.

  • Guests can choose from valet parking (subject to availability) as well as complimentary off-site parking with ADA-accessible shuttle service to Dazzling Nights®.

    IMPORTANT: Entering “266 E Rollins St.” into Google Maps or Waze may route you incorrectly.

    Landmark: Garage entrance is on E Rollins Street, across from AdventHealth Innovation Tower Medical Center.

    Parking in the surrounding neighborhoods is prohibited. Parking anywhere that’s not designated on-site, or in the designated areas for off-site parking could result in being towed.

    Please note, management is not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss of the vehicle or any article left within.

  • The drop-off & pick-up location will be in front of the Welcome Center at Leu Gardens. Parking staff will assist the driver in determining where to go.

  • Yes, in order to park on site at Dazzling Nights® you must purchase a parking pass online. There are no sales on the night of the show.

    Valet is $42 (prices listed include fees) plus taxes.

  • There is a limited amount of complimentary accessible parking spaces that will be provided, on-site, on a first-come, first-served basis, for vehicles with a valid disability parking placard or license plate. If you have a valid disability parking placard, please arrive at Dazzling Nights® with your pass displayed in your window for on-site complimentary parking.

  • The majority of Dazzling Nights is accessible to both wheelchairs and strollers. At this time, Leu Gardens does not have wheelchairs, scooters, or strollers available. Please arrive prepared.

    Portions of Dazzling Nights® may be challenging for guests using a walker and/or wheelchair or who otherwise have a mobility/physical disability. Pathways may be paved, woodchip or fine gravel surface depending on location. You may encounter steps and/or slopes on certain pathways.

  • At this time, Leu Gardens does not have wheelchairs, scooters, or strollers available. Please arrive prepared.

  • Yes, you can dazzle your tastebuds with holiday-inspired nosh and nibbles along with tasty dessert options available for purchase at select locations throughout the event. Looking to light up the night even further? Check out our beverage tents for chilled and toasty seasonal (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) beverage selections. 

    Purchasing beer, wine, and spirits requires a 21+ valid photo I.D.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and beverages to Dazzling Nights®. We will have holiday-inspired nosh and nibbles along with tasty dessert options available for purchase at select locations throughout the event - along with our beverage tents with alcoholic and non-alcoholic chilled or toasty seasonal beverage selections. 

  • Yes! At our new Twinkle Market, you’ll find festive classics and poinsettias alongside exclusive Dazzling Nights merchandise—perfect for holiday shopping under the glow of lights.

  • Yes! Dazzling Nights® is recommended for guests of all ages.

  • Dazzling Nights® tickets are non refundable.

    If you are unable to attend the night you selected, you may reschedule your tickets to another available night and time slot up to 48 hours of your scheduled event by clicking HERE. Additional fees may apply.

  • If you are unable to attend the night or time slot you selected, you may reschedule your entire ticket order to another available night and time slot up to 48 hours before your scheduled event by clicking HERE. You may not exchange individual tickets within an order. Additional fees may apply. 

  • Visit us HERE and make that upgrade.

  • Yes, you may transfer any number of tickets to another person inside your Universe account.

  • You can change your tickets date and time up to 48 hours in advance by clicking HERE. Additional Fees may apply.

  • Please check your spam folder for an email from Universe. After you have completed an order, you can click HERE to resend your tickets

  • Please dress appropriately and according to the weather. The event takes place at an outdoor botanical garden, where the ground and pathways may be uneven in some places.  

  • Dazzling Nights® is an outdoor event that will take place in the rain unless there are extreme weather conditions. Please check current weather conditions prior to your visit and dress appropriately.

    If conditions force a cancellation of the event, ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS the day of their event along with directions for no cost rescheduling. 

  • Dazzling Nights® is an immersive, walk-through experience filled with light, sound, and atmosphere. Along the way, you may encounter features such as strobe effects, fog and haze, laser projections, vibrant lighting displays, and festive music, all designed to create a magical holiday environment.

  • Yes. Restrooms are available on-site for all guests.

  • If you're interested in hosting a private event for a corporate party or a large group, please contact cateredevents@memoiragency.com

  • Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to propose at Dazzling Nights®. As honored as we are to be a part of your special night, we prohibit props or other items that will affect other guests’ experience. You are allowed to hire a photographer; however they will also be required to have a ticket for entry and will not be allowed to bring additional equipment other than a hand-held camera.

  • Yes, absolutely! Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Please be sure to use the tag #memoiragency. 

    By purchasing a ticket and attending Dazzling Nights®, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording by the Creative City Project and the Memoir Agency. These recordings are the sole property of Creative City and Memoir Agency and may be used for any purpose without compensation.

  • Only service dogs are allowed at Dazzling Nights®; pets are prohibited. A service animal, as defined by the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability." The ADA's definition of service animal states that an animal's provision of emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship does not constitute "work or tasks" that will make the animal a service animal and are therefore also prohibited at Dazzling Nights®. Service dogs must always remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner.

  • Dazzling Nights – Prohibited Items

    For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not permitted inside Dazzling Nights:

    • Weapons: Firearms, knives, pepper spray, tasers, or any object that may be used as a weapon

    • Illegal substances

    • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol)

    • Smoking and vaping: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and the use of tobacco or marijuana products are not permitted inside the garden.

    • Professional cameras and drones: tripods, monopods, drones, or other recording equipment without prior approval

    • Noisemakers and disruptive items: Air horns, whistles, megaphones, fireworks, laser pointers, aerosol cans, or any item that may obstruct views or pose a safety risk

    • Sports and recreational items: Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, hula hoops, sports balls, or similar equipment

    • Comfort items: Folding chairs, blankets, beach towels, large umbrellas, or any seating not provided by the venue

    • Bags and containers: Large backpacks, coolers, hard-sided containers, or luggage (small personal bags subject to search)

    • Signs and banners: Large signs, banners with objectionable language or imagery, or signs mounted on poles or sticks

    • Pets: Animals are not permitted, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA

    • Costumes and masks: Full-face masks or costumes that may conceal identity or restrict vision (subject to security discretion)

    All items are subject to inspection. All guests are subject to bag checks and wanding with metal detectors. Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or discarded before entry. Management reserves the right to prohibit additional items as necessary for safety and operations.
